(ironi, for dem som ikke tok den)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lider av akutt søvnmangel for tiden, og å legge seg kl 18 og stå opp kl 03 er IKKE en god døgnrytme.&lt;br /&gt;Dette innebærer at kl 18-19 i kveld skal jeg altså være klar for senga, men det går jo ikke for mine venner og jeg har planlagt fest!&lt;br /&gt;Og den skal avvikles på platten hos meg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masse gode samtaler, god drikke, samvær, vennskap, latter og sang.&lt;br /&gt;Det er verdt å være litt sliten.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Håper dagen blir god, og at jeg klarer å holde spiriten og energien oppe.&lt;br /&gt;Dette hadde jeg til frokost:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Fyll på med litt varmt vann, men ikke så varmt at flasken smelter.&lt;br /&gt;Ca 1/2 dl.&lt;br /&gt;Ikke sett korken på og rist, for da vil det bli veldig varm damp inni flasken, farlig!&lt;br /&gt;Ha bare korken av og rist litt slik at buljongterningen løser seg opp. Når den &amp;nbsp;har løst seg opp kan du fylle på mer vann på flasken, erfaringsmessig vet jeg at jeg ikke bruker opp alt hvis jeg fyller den opp.&lt;br /&gt;Jeg bruker å tilsette litt Kikkoman soyasaus, noen dråper bare.&lt;br /&gt;God smaksforsterker.&lt;br /&gt;Når ribba har stått i ovn ca 1 time starter moroa, skru på korken og begynn og 'øs' steken. Har ikke mønster men det trenger jeg vel ikke når Sarah er sååå flink, hun har nemlig tilbydd sin hjelp, og da er jeg i de beste hender!&lt;br /&gt;Har hatt kjempekoselig besøk av en venninne, sønnen og hunden idag. De var her i flere timer og som alltid var restauranten åpen.&lt;br /&gt;Sønnen spiste 3 pølser i brød, og de var så fristende!&lt;br /&gt;Min venninne skal ha seg en 'shake-uke' for å passe ballkjolen hun har kjøpt seg i US.&lt;br /&gt;Jeg prøver å verve henne til LCHF så vi får se om hun sluker agnet etterhvert?!&lt;br /&gt;Idag hadde jeg CC med bringebær og sukrin til frokost, endte opp med å bare spise CC for bringebærene var forferdelig sure, pfhøy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Kjøttpølser fra Gilde hadde jeg hjemme.&lt;br /&gt;Så var det bare å begynne å mekke da, kutte, hakke og skrelle. Helt utrolig!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jeg prøver å sole meg, men titter over på blomsterbedet, som skulle ha vært luket, og får ikke helt fred til å nyte sola.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Har vært i kjøleskapet 4 ganger og i kjøkkenskapene like mange ganger, prøver å få inspirasjon til å spise noe, men er litt matlei tror jeg.&lt;br /&gt;Har lest på alle pakkene med poser, og de er bare så proppet fulle av karbo, fyyyyy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jeg snakket med noen igår som mente at det er mindre karbs i hjemmelagde sauser, så det skal jeg sjekke. fest.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Trodde den lavkarbo-vinen var supersafe med 0,2 gram sukker pr. liter&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;meeen noe har skjedd, ketosen er borte *uhu*&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Ikke noe annet å gjøre enn å dra på med masse proteiner igjen, og -ingen- karbo overhodet!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Må komme meg i dur igjen, snarest.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Vel, da ser jeg at det er om å gjøre å holde seg til 'kuren' og ikke drive å skjeie ut med&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;sukkerfri tyggis, rødvin og pølser. (Pølser med 6g kh pr. 100g)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Laget 'Frokostpannekake' en av dagene, den ble god, og kunne med fordel brukes som pølsebrød.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Var ikke noe godt å ha CF og hvitost inni, ble for tamt, men Heistad gelé skal visstnok være ganske så safe't??? Hvis jeg ikke tålte såpass, så får jeg bare gi på og fortsette&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;med krum hals, eller hva det nå heter?!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt; Har oppdaget at det er godt med salatblader (hjertesalat) og pålegg inni, istedenfor brød. Tilbehør var agurkskiver i CF, krydret med hvitløk, seltin og kvernet pepper. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Og ostegratinert blomkål/broccoli med fløte i.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Til kvelds lagde jeg 'iskrem' eller mer som en smootie:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Så fint man kan ha det!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Har vært ute fra kl 13-19 og er helt utslått.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Bratwurst og Hotlink fra Rema ble spiddet på bålet, som 'pølsebrød' brukte jeg salatblader.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Funket helt fint.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Drakk en kanne kaffe og en halvliter vann, JA, jeg vet...får i meg for lite væske.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Må bli flinkere der!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;I morgen er også en dag, må prøve type='text'>Brød???</title><content type='html'>&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Huffda!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Det brødet ble en skikkelig bloomer, jeg har sikkert gjort en feil et sted?!&lt;br /&gt;*leeeer* &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det smakte ikkenoe godt i det hele tatt, nesten som en tykk havrekjeks, eller muslikjeks,&lt;br /&gt;mulig jeg faktisk stekte det for lenge?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Litt ueffent å kaste det siden det tross alt kostet både tid og penger å lage det.&lt;br /&gt;Men det der skal ikke &lt;i&gt;inn &lt;/i&gt;flere ganger, i søpla med det.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;I dag blir det hjemmelagde kjøttkaker;&lt;br /&gt;kjøttdeig og medisterdeig, samt krydder (spisskummen, seltin, persille, hvitløk og litt chili)&lt;br /&gt;blandes godt i kjøkkenmaskinen, og stekes i smør.&lt;br /&gt;Salat og grønnsaker til. tatt ut av ovnen, og gjett om jeg er spent da?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Var en merkelig konsistens på 'deigen' måtte bare skufle den inn i forma, varmluft 175grader i 1 time, var litt redd for at det skulle være rått inni, så jeg måtte safe' litt, jeg mener; det var jo så tungt,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;og første gang...ja, det er rart med det!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Da regner jeg med det blir ei skive til kvelds, pålegg er det i bøtter og spann i kjøleskapet, bra man har penger på konto, vil jeg si for dette var dyrt.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Hadde tre handleposer med hjem, mye basisvarer men det kostet.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Stakk innom apoteket å fikk med meg en boks med stix, har prøvd...men som overskriften sier;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Yepp -er nok litt for utålmodig her. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Så nå har jeg spist meg god, og altfor mett på middag:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;2 nakkekoteletter krydret med hvitløkspepper og chili, stekt i smør,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;gratinert 'blomkål og broccoligrateng' fra Landlord med ekstra fløte og osteskiver på toppen.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Fett er mettende og jeg synes jeg klarer mindre nå enn før?!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Men jeg er&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Det får bli en 'klok etter skade'-greie!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Så var det blitt mandagblues, og gjett om jeg er glad for at jeg startet showet igår?!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Skal ikke på jobb, men er deilig med en HEL planleggingsdag før uken starter.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Jeg er bittelitt lykkelig idag
